Jerrod Walker

Executive Director & Founding Consultant

Jerrod is the Founder of InspirED Solutions, LLC., an Executive Consultant with a Master's Degree in Education and nearly two decades of experience in anti-oppression and equity work, people and culture management, and organizational change management.

His passion and purpose lies in discovering and creating possibilities that fulfill visions and liberate hearts and minds. That often translates to working with people to develop strategies for achieving ambitious goals as well as facilitating learning that fosters learning about the world and the self.

Jerrod brings years of instructional, people management, change management, and strategic planning experience to his work. He previously served as the National Managing Director of Future Organization Design (focusing on Change Management, Talent Planning, & People Management) at Teach For America. He has worked in university, corporate, and K-12 settings, helping organizational leaders think through challenging talent management and culture issues that emerge.

Jerrod thoroughly enjoys mentoring youth and developing leaders of all ages to maximize their talents, better understand their purpose, and operate with strategy towards that purpose. A proud Chicago native that grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada and, when not actively working towards equity, spends his time writing in coffee shops, playing video games, cooking and baking deliciousness, and exploring the communities of the world.
