We are currently accepting coaching clients and facilitation requests. Clients requesting consultation services are only being accepted on a case-by-case basis at the moment due to capacity constraints.

 

Consultation

We offer our expertise in equity-focused and anti-oppressive Organizational Development, Leadership Development, DEIB & People Management/Strategy, Staff Engagement, and Change Management through our consultation services. Specifically, we will design solutions, advise leadership, create strategic and operational plans, conduct research, craft or modify systems and structures, and/or generate communications related to those areas by adding capacity or assuming responsibility. In rare instances, we may take on the implementation of solutions where that makes the most sense.

Coaching

Some of the most transformational work we’ve done has happened in coaching. Indeed, sometimes coaching is a critical piece of ensuring that consultation efforts are successful, especially where we are supporting DEIB or Change efforts. Coaching is an incredibly powerful tool that unlocks or unblocks the potential within while equipping you with the tools you need to establish your legacy. We offer four types of coaching: (1) Executive Leadership Coaching, (2) Liberatory & Impactful Leadership Coaching, (3) General Life & Achievement Coaching, and (4) Transformational Legacy-Building Coaching (which is by invitation only).

Facilitation

Our most well-known service is in facilitation. With our professional roots in education, any experience we facilitate is grounded in adult learning best-practices and human-centered design. It is our commitment that anyone that leaves a facilitated experience with us will leave with some tangible skill or applicable knowledge. We can design a custom workshop or experience, or you can ask us to deliver a workshop we have already designed.

Signature Programs Include:

  • The Pursuit of Belonging: An Implicit Bias, Internalized Oppression, & Dominant Culture Program (4 days)

  • Designing Solutions with Creative Strategic Thinking (2 hours)

  • Navigating Fragility as an Equity Leader (2 hours)

  • An Inspired Retreat: Trust-Building, Talent Aligning, & Strategy Development (2-4 days)

 

InspirED Solutions operates on value-based fees for our consultation work. This means that the fee is based on the value we contribute to the success of the project as described in the conceptual agreement on objectives, metrics, and value. Coaching and Facilitation is offered at flat rates after conceptional agreement is reached.
